Admission Process Video >>>

-: Session Year : -

  1. Click On Master Menu
  2. Click On Session Submenu
  3. To  Add New Session Click On Add Session Year Button
  4. Enter Session Year Name And Select Session Year Date Range (From Date And To Date)
  5. Then Click On Add Button
  • Click On Master Menu
  • Click On Session Submenu
  • For Change Session Click On Default Button Of Session Year List Page
  • Then Click On Yes Button Of Confirmation Page
  • Then Re-login To Software And Continue Your Work In Selected Session
  • User Can Also Check Selected Session On Home Page
  •  
    • Click On Master Menu
    • Click On Session Submenu
    • On the last column of Record table  Action column is there 
    • Click on Edit Button 
    • Change  The Date of Session Year
    • Click On Add Button
    Note : We Cannot change Session Year we can only change the From Date & To Date

-: Class : -

  1. Click On Master Menu
  2. Click On Class Submenu
  3. Then Class Record Page Is Open Then Click On New Class Button For Add New Class
  4. Then New Window Will Open Then Select School, Enter Class Name And Section Name
  5. Then Click On Add Button
  6.  
    • Click On Master Menu
    • Click On Class Submenu
    • After That Class List Page Is Open Then Find Action Column In Last Of The Table 
    • Edit And Delete Option Is Available There
    Note : After Deleting the  Class All Entered  Data In That Class Will Be Deleted

-: Admission : -

  1. Click On Student Menu
  2. Click On Admission Submenu
  3. Then Admission Record Page Is Open Then Click On New Admission Button To Add Student Data
  4. Admission Form Page Will Open Then Enter Student Data Then Click On Save Button
  • Click On Student Menu
  • Click On Admission Submenu
  • Then Admission Record Page Is Open Then Select From Date , To Date To Search Student Data
  • Then Click On Search Button
  • Data Will Listed Below In Record Page 
  • Find Action Column In Last Of The Record Table 
  • Edit And Delete Button Is Available Here

Note : After Delete Student Data All Data Of Student Will Be Deleted

  • Click On Student Menu
  • Click On Student List Submenu
  • Click On Export Button
  • Student Data will be Exported In Excel File

-: Student Attendance : -

  • Click on Student Menu
  • Click on Attendance Submenu
  • Click on New Student Attendance
  • Select Medium, Select Date and class then click on Search button related student record is showing
  • To  enter Absent in any student  click on absent checkbox  and enter remarks After enter all absent data of selected class click on save button
  • To enter Holiday click on Holiday  checkbox and enter  Holiday name then click on save button
  • If user want to send SMS to absent student’s Parents no. click on Send SMS to Only Absent Student Checkbox
  •  

-: Student ID Card Generate: -

  • Click on Student Menu
  • Click on ID Card submenu
  • Select Class then click on TAB button of Keyboard
  • Select Student then Select Hindi or English
  • Then Click on Generate ID Button
  • Then User can Print or Export the Generated ID cards in PDF
  •  
  • Click on Student Menu
  • Click on Id card Submenu
  • Then Click on Id card Setting
  • Enter the data in  Valid From, Valid To  Date
  • Click on Upload Button  To Upload Background 1,Background 2, Principle sign
  • Click on save button 
  •  

Note :- Image size must me less than 100 Kb & Image must be in Bmp format

-: Class Transfer (Class Promotion) : -

  • Click on Student Menu
  • Click on Class Transfer Submenu
  • Click on New Transfer
  • Select Class and click on TAB button related data will show
  • Select Students and click on Transfer Button
  • Then Select Next Session
  • Select Promoted Class in Transfer to Class field
  • Select section if exist
  • Click on Save Transfer
  •  

Fee Collection Process Video >>>

-: Fee Details Setting : -

  • Click on Student Menu
  • Click on Fee Details Submenu
  • Select Medium 
  • Select Student type (New Student or Old Student) to  Enter fee details
  • Click on New Fee Details Button
  • Then Select Fee head (Admission Fee, Tution, Exam Fee, Extra Fee, Transport, Hostel)
  • Enter Fee Name (Entered Fee Name will  Print on Receipt)
  • Select Fee Type (Monthly or Installment) (Activate only for Tution, Transport and Hostel Fee Type)
  • If User select Monthly then select Month and Enter Fee Amount of Per Month
  • If User select Installment then enter Total Fee and No. of installment
  • After that  no. of installment row will generated below then enter installment amount on the Row
  • Then Select Related Class
  • Then Click on Add button
  •  

-: Fee Collection from Students : -

  • > Click on Student Menu
  • > Click on Fee Collection Submenu
  • > Then open Fee Collection Record Page then Click on New Fee Button, New window will open
  • > Select or Enter Student Name or Father Name or Mobile No. then Click on Search Button
  • > Then Select Student 
  •  
  • > If student want to Pay Admission Fee Click on Admission Tab and click on Checkbox (Check if you want to pay admission fee)
    • >>Then enter amount on Paid amount and click on Next button
    •  
  • > Tuition Fee Tab will open then click on “Check if you want to Pay Tuition fee” checkbox 
    • >> If student pay monthly fee then select Month then enter Paid Amount
    • >> If student pay installment fee then select installment type dropdown then enter  paid amount then click on Next Button
    •  
  • > Exam Fee Tab will open then Click on “Checked if you want to Pay Exam Fee” checkbox
    • >> Select Exam Type and enter Paid amount the click on Next Button
    •  
  • > Extra Fee Tab will open then Click on “Checked if you want to Pay  Extra Fee” checkbox
    • >> Select fee type enter description and click on add button 
    • >> User can add multiple extra fee in one time
    • >> Then enter paid amount then click on Next button
    •  
  • > Hostel Fee Tab will open then Click on “Checked if you want to Hostel Fee” checkbox
    • >> Select Monthly basis or Installment Basis
    • >> If student pay monthly fee then select Month then enter Paid Amount
    • >> If student pay installment fee then select installment type dropdown then enter paid amount then click on Next Button
    •

    • >> Enter late fee purpose, select month and enter amount then click on Add button
    • >> User can add multiple Late  fee in one time
    • >> Then enter paid amount then click on Next button
    •  
  • > Finish tab will open where user can enter receipt date and receiver name
  • Then Save Data and take Print of Receipt

-: Due List : -

  • Click on Student Menu
  • Click on Due List Submenu
  • Select Medium
  • Then Select Name, Class, Admission no., Mobile No. then click on TAB Button
  • Head wise Remaining amount will Display
  • School Can Send SMS related to Remaining Amount

-: Fee Card : -

  • Click on Student Menu
  • Click on Fee Card Submenu
  • Select English Or Hindi Medium According to The Medium Of School
  • Select the Student Name From Dropdown Option 
  • Click On Search Button 
  • Student Record Will Appear Below
  • Select The Student Record
  • Paid Fee Detail will Appear Below of that Student



-: School Setting : -

  • Click on Master Menu
  • Click on School Setting Submenu
  • Enter School Details for English and Hindi Medium School like- Name, Address, Affiliation No., Udise Code, Block, Logo, Background Logo…….etc.
  • Then Click on Save button.

 

Note :- Logo Size should be under 100kb (<=100kb) in jpg, jpeg or png image format

-: Transfer Certificate Issue : -

  • > Click on Student Menu
  • > Click on TC/CC Issue Submenu
  • > Select TC to Generate TC 
  • > Click on New TC Issue Button
    • > Select Student Name or Student Id  then click on Tab button from Keyboard 
    • > Student Record Will Appear then Select the student  record
    • > Click on Generate TC Button
    • > Then Pop Up will be displayed then Select Certificate Date, School End Date , Passed Failed Status,  Division, Reason, Issue by 
    • > Click on Issue button  then Print the Generated TC

-: Character Certificate Issue : -

  • > Click on Student Menu
  • > Click on TC/CC Issue Submenu
  •  
  • > To Generate CC Select CC 
    • > Click on New CC Issue Button
    • > Select Student Name or Student Id  then click on Tab button from Keyboard 
    • > Student Record Will Appear then Select the student  record
    • > Click on Generate CC Button
    • > Then Pop Up will be displayed then Select Certificate Date, School End Date ,  Division, Issue by 
    • > Click on Issue button  then Print the Generated CC

-: Demand Slip : -

  • > Click on Student Menu
  • > Click on  Demand Slip Submenu
  • > Select English Or Hindi Medium According to The Medium Of School
  • > Click on New Demand Slip
  • > Select Date, Class, Month, Student Name,  Admission No.
  • > Click On Search Button
  • > Student Record Will listed below, Select that Student Record
  • > Click on Save Button
  • > Click On Print Selected Slip Button

Result Generation Process Video >>>

-: Subject Setting : -

  • Click On Master Menu
  • Click On Subject Submenu
  • Click On New Subject Button
  • Enter Subject Name And Click On Add Button For Save Data.
  •  

-: Exam Type Setting : -

    • In Home Page Click on Master Menu
    • Click on Exam Type Submenu
    • Click on Add Exam Type Button for Add New Exam Type
    • Select School From Dropdown
    • Enter Exam Type Name (Like : Quarterly, Half , Final, FA1, SA1, FA2, SA2, Term1, Term2 etc)
    • Then Click on Add Button To Save data
    • If User Want to Edit or Delete Exam Type Data then Edit and Delete button is available in the last of  Exam Type List’s in  Action Column
    •  
    Note:- If we Delete Exam Type  then  the Entered data in that Particular Exam will be Deleted and cannot be Recovered.

-: Exam Mark Setting : -

    • In Home Page Click on Master Menu
    • Click on Exam Marks Submenu then Select Hindi or English according to the Medium of School 
    • Click on New Exam Mark Button for Add Exam Full Mark and Passing mark of Subjects
    • New Exam Mark (English) Page is open then Select Subject 
    • Then user can enter Exam wise Full Marks and Passing Marks 
    • Then click on Add Button To Save Data
    •  
    Note :- If we Delete Exam Mark then  the Entered data in that Particular Exam will be Deleted.

-: Exam Time Table : -

  • Click on Exam Menu
  • Click on Exam Time Table Submenu
  • Select English Or Hindi Medium According to The Medium Of School
  • Click On New Exam Time Table Button 
  • Select Class, Section, Exam type
  • Enter Exam timing From and To
  • Then click on Add row for Generate Multiple Rows.
  • Select Date and Select Subject 
  • For Teacher Selection Double click on Teacher field. 
  • Teacher List window will appear then select Teacher and Click on OK button
  • Continue Add Date Subject and Teacher Record
  • Click on Save button for Save Time table
  • For Print Time Table Click on Print Button

-: Roll No. and Enrollment Assignment : -

  • Click on the Exam Menu 
  • Click on Roll No. &  Enrollment Assignment Submenu
  •  Select Hindi Or English Medium According to the medium of school then select Class, Section form drop down menu
  • Click on Search Button
  • Student list will Appear below 
  • Then click on Edit Button which is located on Right side on top
  • Now Assign Roll No. & Enrollment no. of Students on  Roll No. & Enrollment no. Column 
  • Then Click on Save Button to save the  Roll No. &  Enrollment Assignment.

-: Result Selection Setting : -

  • Click on the Exam Menu 
  • Click on Result Hindi / English Submenu
  • Click on Result Selection Sub-Submenu
  • Click on New Selection Button
  • Select format according to School Type and user can view format after click on Edit Button.
  • Then Click on Save Button to save the Selection.

-: Result Subject Setting : -

  • Click on the Exam Menu
  • Click On Click on Result Hindi Or Result English According to the medium of school
  • Click On Result Subject Setting 
  • Result Subject Setting Page will Appear
  • Select the Subjects  of   (Main, Optional, Additional, Behavioral, Practical, Supplementary) 
  • Click On  Save  Button  To Save the Data
  •  
  • Note: Without that setting user will not get subject for Mark entry.

-: Result Subject Entry : -

    • Click on the Exam Menu
    • Click On Click on Result Hindi Or Result English According to the medium of school
    • Click On Result Subject  Entry 
    • Click On (Main, Optional, Additional, Behavioural, Practical,supplementary) Subject in which User Want to Enter Marks
    • Click  on New  Entry Button 
    • Select Class,  Section, Exam Type , Subject 
    • Click On Search Button, Student List will Appear Below 
    • Then Enter the Written , Oral Marks, Remarks,  In particular Student Record , If Student is Absent Then Absent checkbox 
    • Click On Save Button To save the Data
    •  
    Note :- Student Marks Entry will Done According to subject Wise  Not Student wise

-: Result View : -

  • Click On Exam Menu
  • Click On Click on Result Hindi Or Result English According to the medium of school
  • Click on Result View 
  • Select Class, Section, Exam Type 
  • Click On Search Button
  • Student Record will Appear Below 
  •  Select the Student Record
  • Click on Print Selected Button
  •  

-: Grade Setting : -

  • > Click On Exam Menu
  • > Click On Click on Result Hindi Or Result English According to the medium of school
  • > Click on Result View 
  • > Click On Grade Setting
    • >> Click On New Button
    • >> Enter Data In Grade, Minimum Range, Maximum Range
    • >> Click On Add Button
    • >> User can Add Multiple Grade, Minimum Range, Maximum Range
    • >> Click On Save Button To save Grade Setting

-: Result View Setting : -

  • > Click On Exam Menu
  • > Click On Click on Result Hindi Or Result English According to the medium of school
  • Click On Result View Setting
    • >> Select the Exam in which User have Enter the Marks to View in Result
    • >> Click on save button for save setting.

  • > Click On Exam Menu
  • > Click On Click on Result Hindi Or Result English According to the medium of school
  • > Click On Subject Position Setting
    • >> On the Position Column Select the Positions of Subjects According to the Numeric Values
    • >> Click On Save Button

-: Rank Setting : -

  • > Click On Exam Menu
  • > Click On Click on Result Hindi Or Result English According to the medium of school
  • Click On Result View Setting
    • >> Select the Exam in which User have Enter the Marks to View in Result
  •  

-: Admit Card : -

    • Click on the Exam Menu 
    • Click on Admit Card  Submenu
    • Select Hindi Or English Medium According to the medium of school then select 
    • Then Page will Appear,Select  Exam Type,  Class, Section ,Student Name ,  Admission No.
    • Click on Search Button 
    • Student List will Appear Below, Select the Student Record   
    • Then Click On  Print Selected Format 1 or  Print Selected Format 2
    •  
    Note :- On format 2 Exam Date, Subject will only show in table when there is entry on  Exam Time Table of That Particular Exam of class.

Staff Record >>>

-: Staff Record : -

  • Click On Staff Menu
  • Click on Staff Record
  • Click on New Staff Button 
  • Add Staff Page will Appear Fill The data on  Staff Name,  Gender, Mobile No. , Present Address , Permanent Address , Status, Basic salary
  • Click On Save Button to Save  the  Staff Record
  •  

-: Staff Promotion : -

  • Click On Staff Menu
  • Click on Staff  Promotion Record
  • Click on New Promotion  Button
  • Page will Appear  Select the Staff Id & Staff Name  click on tab button of keyboard 
  • Staff  Record will Appear, Select the staff Record
  • Enter the Data in Designation, Promotion date, Basic salary, Grade Salary , DA  Amount, Room Rent, Medical Amount, Other,  Provident Fund, PF Advance , Group Insurance Scheme, Profession Tax , Other  Remark 
  • Click On Save Button to save the staff Promotion Record
  •  

-: Staff Attendance : -

  • Click On staff Menu
  • Click On  Attendance Submenu
  • Click on New Staff Attendance  Button 
  • Select the Date & Department, Click On the Search Button related staff record is showing
  • To  enter Absent in any Staff  click on absent checkbox,To  enter Halfday in any Staff  click on  Halfday checkbox  and enter remarks After enter all Staff data of click on save button
  • To enter Holiday click on Holiday  checkbox and enter  Holiday name 
  • Click on Save Button
  •

  • Click On Staff Menu
  • Click On  Staff Salary Submenu
  • Click on New Staff Salary  Button 
  • Select Teacher Id  & Teacher Name 
  • Click On Tab Button of Keyboard, Staff Record will Appear
  • Select the Staff Record then Select Month & Enter the Salary Amount in Paid Amount 
  • Click On the save button  to Save the staff Salary Record
  •

  • Click on Staff Menu
  • Click on Staff ID Card submenu
  • Select Teacher Name or All teacher then click on Search button
  • Select Teacher
  • Then Click on Generate ID Button
  • Then User can Print or Export the Generated ID cards in PDF

  •  In 1st Part Landlord  Enter the data in Name, Father Name, Address 
  •  In  2nd part  Enter the data in Name, Address 
  • In  Vehicle Details  Enter the data in   Vehicle No. , Engine No. , Chassis No. , Rent Per Day,  Distance  Per Day In Km
  • In Tenancy Period of Vehicle Select Date From , To Date 
  • Click on Save Button to Save  Vehicle Agreement Data

  • Click On Transport Details Submenu
  • Click On Add Transort Button
  • Then Page will Appear, Select Vehicle no.  Enter the Data in Vehicle Name, Driver Name,  Mobile No. Licence No. , Area From , Area To, Route Details, Vehicle Serial No. , Driver Photo Upload, Licence Copy Upload 
  • Click on Save Button  to Save Transport Details

  • Click On Transport Menu
  • Click On Transport Route Allotment Submenu

  • Then Page will Appear, Select  Yes or No , Class, Section & Student Name  click on Search Button 
  • Student list will Appear below, select the Route & stoppage of  Particular Student Record
  • Click on Save Button  to Save Transport  Route Allotment
