Petrol Pump Management Software Overview in Animation

-: Product : -

  1. Master Menu > Product
  2. Enter Product Name and Opening Stock
  3. Click on Save Button, Record will be added.
  4.  
  • The date on which we are starting to enter  the data in software and the amount of stock we have available currently will be the opening stock.
  1. Master Menu > Product
  2. From Action Column Click on Edit Button
  3. Update the Record
  4. Click on Update Button  Record will be Updated.
    1. Master Menu > Product
    2. From Action Column Click on Delete Button
    3. On Confirmation Pop up Click on Yes Button Record will be Deleted.

    Note :-  If the Product Detail is deleted then all the related data with Product will be deleted Permanently.

-: Create Nozzle : -

  1. Master Menu > Create Nozzle 
  2. Create Nozzle page will appear
  3. Enter  Nozzle, Select Product, First Opening Reading, Select Status
  4. Click on Save Button
  5. Record will be Saved
  6.  
  • On the date we are starting to enter the data in software the current reading of the nozzle will be the opening reading.
  •  
  1. Master Menu > Create Nozzle 
  2. Create Nozzle page will appear
  3. From Action Column Click on Edit Button
  4. Update the Record
  5. Click on Save Button  Record will be Updated.
    1. Master Menu > Create Nozzle 
    2. Create Nozzle page will appear
    3. From Action Column Click on Delete Button
    4. On Confirmation Pop up Click on Yes Button Record will be Deleted.

    Note :-  If the Product Detail is deleted then all the related data with Product will be deleted Permanently.

-: Oil Price : -

  1. Master Menu > Oil Price
  2. Oil Price Record > New
  3. New Oil Price Per day page will appear
  4. Enter Date ,Day , Time , Product ,Price details
  5. Click On Save.

  2. Oil Price Record > From Action Column Click on Edit Button
  3. Update the Record
  4. Click on Save Button  Record will be Updated.
  1. Master Menu > Oil Price
  2. Oil Price Record > From Action Column Click on Delete Button
  3. On Confirmation Pop up Click on Yes Button Record will be Deleted.

-: Product Entry : -

  1. Entry Menu  > Product Entry 
  2. Product Entry > New
  3. New Product  Entry Page will Appear 
  4. Select Date 
  5. Enter Product , Dip ,Dip Water ,Dip Stock, Litre , Received Litre, Amount  Total Stock or Stock Difference show hoga
  6. Click On Plus Button to add Multiple Rows
  7. Click on Save Button to Save Record
  8.  
  1. Entry Menu  > Product Entry 
  2. Product Entry Record Page will Appear
  3. From Action Column Click on Edit Button
  4. Update the Record
  5. Click on Save Button  Record will be Updated.

  1. From Action Column Click on Delete Button
  2. On Confirmation Pop up Click on Yes Button Record will be Deleted.

-: Nozzle Details : -

  1. > Entry Menu > Nozzle Details 
  2. > Nozzle Details  Record Page Will Appear
  3. > Click On New Button
  4. > Select Date & Shift Full Day or Click on shift  Then select Shift from drop Down (Day Or Night)
  5. > Opening Reading & Rate will show of Nozzle (If Nozzle & Opening Reading is not showing then you have to save the details in the Create Nozzle section. Steps given in Sn. 8  & if Rate is not showing then you have to set the oil price in the software Steps given in Sn. 5)
  6. > Enter the Closing Reading of Nozzle then Click on Tab Button (Closing Reading will always be greater than Opening Reading)
  7. > Enter  Testing Litre then Click on Tab Button  (Some quantity of the product is taken out to test the density of product is testing litre)
  8. > Select Staff from Drop down (If name of staff is not showing in dropdown then you have to save the staff record in staff details) 
  9. > Click on Plus button of Credit, Poss, UPI, CBI, SBI, HP Pay to add payment details if the customer had paid  amount using these methods
    1. > > New Sale Page will appear
    2. > > Enter Name, Mobile no., Address, Slip No. , Vehicle  No. , Trip Pay Amount
    3. > > Select Product From Dropdown  Rate will you automatically 
    4. > > Enter the Quantity of Product then Click on tab button 
    5. > > Enter Discount, CGST%, SGST%, IGST%
    6. > > Click on Plus Button to add Multiple Rows 
    7. > > Amount Details will show you automatically
    8. > > Select the Due Date Upload Slip From Upload Button 
    9. > > Click On Save Button
  10. > Click on Plus button of Expense  (to add Expense details of Petrol Pump)
    1. > > New Expense Page will appear
    2. > > Enter Name, Mobile no., Address, Purpose & Amount 
    3. > > Click on Plus Button to add Multiple Rows 
    4. > > Total Amount will show you automatically
    5. > > Click On Save Button
  11. > Cash Amount Will show you automatically (Enter These details in each nozzle)
  12. > Click on Plus button of  lube Total (If you have sale the lube items)
    1. > > New Sale Lube Items Page will appear
    2. > > Select the Payment Type Cash or Credit
    3. > > Enter Party Name, Mobile No., Slip No., Vehicle No. 
    4. > > Select  Lube Item from Dropdown 
    5. > > Enter Rate & Quantity then Click on Tab Button Amount Will show you automatically
    6. > > Enter Discount, CGST%, SGST%, IGST% Total  Amount Will show you automatically
    7. > > If You have selected Payment Type Cash Then Total Amount Will show you in paid amount, If You have selected Payment Type Credit Then Total Amount Will show you in Due amount Then select Due Date .
    8. > > Click On  Save Button 
    9. > > Click On Print Button to print slip
  13. > Enter Density (If the density of the product Decreases)
  14. > Click on Plus button of Expense  (to add Expense details of Petrol Pump)
  15. > Click on Plus button of Credit, Poss, UPI, CBI, SBI, HP Pay to add payment details if the customer had paid  amount using these methods
  16. > Click on plus button of salary (If you have given salary to the Staff)
    1. > > Staff Salary Page Will Appear
    2. > > Select Staff Id or Staff Name from the Dropdown  then Click on Tab Button
    3. > > Select Staff Record 
    4. > > Select Paid Date, Month 
    5. > > Enter  Paid Amount (Amount That you have paid to staff) & Description 
    6. > > Select Shift
    7. > > Click On Save Button 
  17. > If the Price of Oil changes in mid of the day then
    1. > > Enter Changed Rate, Difference Rate, Change Reading, Closing Reading Difference Amount Will Show Automatically
    2. > > If the rate increased then Difference  Amount Will Show on other (+), If the rate decreased then Difference  Amount Will Show on other (-)
  18. > In Note Details (You can Enter note details here)
    1. > > Enter Note  & Count No.  
    2. > > Amount Will show you automatically  
    3. > > Click On Plus Button to add multiple rows 
    4. > > Total Amount Will show you automatically
  19. > In Temporary (You can Enter Temporary Amount Details)
    1. > > Enter Temporary & Amount
    2. > > Total Amount Will show you automatically
  20. > In Cash Deposit ( you can enter the details of cash deposited by staff )
    1. > > Click on Plus button
    2. > > New Cash Deposit Page will appear
    3. > > Select Name From Drop Down Time will show you  Automatically
    4. > > Enter Amount & Remark 
    5. > > Click On Plus Button to add multiple rows 
    6. > > Total Amount Will show you automatically
  21. > In Collection From Credit Enter Amount (If you have Collected amount of credit from any party)
  22. > If the petrol pump is running on shift of day and night & day shift is closed & night shift is on Then the Total  amount of day shift will show you in day  shift cash amount
  23. > Click On save Button to save the record 
  24. > Click On Print Button to Print The record.

  2. Nozzle Details  Record Page Will Appear
  3. From Action Column Click on Edit Button
  4. Update the Record
  5. Click on Save Button  Record will be Updated.

  3. From Action Column Click on Delete Button
  4. On Confirmation Pop up Click on Yes Button Record will be Deleted.

-: Party Entry : -

    • Entry Menu > Party
    1. Party Page Will Appear 
    2. Enter Name, Mobile, Address
    3. Click  on Save Button.
    • Entry Menu > Party
    1. Party Page Will Appear
    2. From Action Column Click on Edit Button
    3. Update the Record
    4. Click on Update Button  Record will be Updated.
  • Entry Menu > Party
  1. Party Page Will Appear
  2. From Action Column Click on Delete Button
  3. On Confirmation Pop up Click on Yes Button Record will be Deleted.

-: Lube Purchase : -

    1. Oil Based Lubricants (Engine Oil) are called Lube Items. 
    2. Entry Menu  > Lube Purchase
  • Lube Purchase Record Page > New
  • New Lube Purchase > New Lube
  • Enter Lube Name > Save

 

    1. Entry Menu  > Lube Purchase
  • Lube Purchase Record Page > New
  • New Lube Purchase Page will appear
  • Select Date
  1. Enter Party Name, Address, Mobile No., 
  2. Select the Payment Type Cash or Credit
  3. Select  Lube Item from Dropdown 
  4. Enter Rate & Quantity then Click on Tab Button Amount Will show you automatically
  5. Enter Discount, CGST%, SGST%, IGST% Total  Amount Will show you automatically
  6. Click on Plus button to add multiple rows
  7. If You have selected Payment Type Cash Then Total Amount Will show you in paid amount, If You have selected Payment Type Credit Then Total Amount Will show you in Due amount Then select Due Date .
  8. Click On  Save Button 
  9. Click On Print Button to print slip

  • Lube Purchase Record Page  will appear
  1. From Action Column Click on Edit Button
  2. Update the Record
  3. Click on Save Button  Record will be Updated.
    1. Entry Menu  > Lube Purchase
  • Lube Purchase Record Page will appear
  1. From Action Column Click on Delete Button
  2. On Confirmation Pop up Click on Yes Button Record will be Deleted.

-: Sale Lube Item : -

    1. Entry Menu  > Lube Sale
  • Lube Sale Record Page > New
  1. New Sale Lube Items Page will appear
  2. Select Date & Shift 
  3. Select the Payment Type Cash or Credit
  4. Enter Party Name, Mobile No., Slip No., Vehicle No.

  2. On Confirmation Pop up Click on Yes Button Record will be Deleted.

        1. Entry Menu  > Purchase
      • Purchase Record Page > New
      1. New Purchase Page will appear
      2. Select  Date, Shift & Purchase Type
      3. Enter Name, Mobile no., Address, Slip No. , Vehicle  No. , Trip Pay Amount
      4. Select Product From Dropdown  Rate will you automatically 
      5. Enter the Quantity of Product then Click on tab button 
      6. Enter Discount, CGST%, SGST%, IGST%
      7. Click on Plus Button to add Multiple Rows 
      8. Amount Details will show you automatically

  9. Click On Save Button
  10. Click On Print Button

  • Sale Record Page  will appear
  1. From Action Column Click on Edit Button
  2. Update the Record
  3. Click on Save Button  Record will be Updated

    7. Total Amount will show you automatically
    8. Select Nozzle
    9. Click On Save Button

  3. Select Bill Date, Bill Type – Credit, Party Name, From date, To Date  Vehicle No. 
  4. Click On Show Button 
  5. Details will Appear Below
  6. Click On Save Button 
  7. Click on Print Button Summary Bill Of party Will be generated

  2. Summary Bill Record Page
  3. From Action Column Click on Edit Button
  4. Update the Record
  5. Click on Save Button  Record will be Updated
