-: Area : -

  1. Click on Master Menu > Area Submenu
  2. Area page will be open 
  3. Enter Area, Select Status
  4. Click on Save Button 
  5. Area will be added.

  • On the Action Column Edit Button is Given, Click on that
  • Update the details
  • Click on the Update button, Details will be updated.

  3. Enter Vehicle Name, Select Status
  4. Click on Save Button

  • On the Action Column Edit Button is Given, Click on that
  • Update the details
  • Click on the Update button, Details will be updated.

  1. Click on Master Menu >  Vehicle Entry Submenu
  2. Vehicle Record page will be open
  3. Click on New Button 
  4. New Vehicle page will be open
  5. Select Vehicle Type, Enter Vehicle No., Owner Name, Contact No., Address, Chasis No., Description
  6. Click on plus button to add document row
  7. Enter Document Name, Id No. & Click on Upload Button, Select the image then click  on open Button
  8. Then click on save button for save record.

  1. Click on Master Menu > Rent Bhada setting Submenu
  2. Rent Bhada setting page will be open
  3. Click on New Button 
  4. New Bhada setting page will be open
  5. Select Vehicle Type From dropdown 
  6. According to Area,  Enter Trip & Bhada
  7. Click on Save Button 
  8. Record will be saved
  9.  
  • Click on Master Menu > Rent Bhada setting Submenu
  • Rent Bhada setting page will be open
  • On the Action Column Edit Button is Given, Click on that
  • Update the details
  • Click on the Update button, Details will be updated.

-: Bricks Payment Setting : -

  1. Click on Master Menu > Brick payment setting Submenu
  2. Brick payment setting page will be open
  3. Enter Bricks & Amount of Making Payment Bricks & Amount of Dhulai Payment  Bricks & Amount of  Nikasi Payment  
  4. Click on Update Button
  5.  

-: Staff and Labour Entry : -

  1. Click on Master Menu > Staff & labour details
  2. Staff Record page will be open
  3. Click on  New Button 
  4. Enter Staff Name, Mobile No., Address, DOB, Designation, Category, Join date, Status
  5. If staff is selected in the category,then in Salary details (staff). Enter Salary amount
  6. If labour is selected in the category, then  Salary details (labour)  , Enter brick making and amount, brick Dhulai and amount, brick Nikasi and amount .
  7. Then Click on the plus button in the Upload Id & Document section to add the document row
  8. Enter Document Name, Document No. & From Upload Button select the Document  then click on  open button to upload document
  9. Click on Save button, Staff & labour details will be saved
  10.  
  1. Click on Master Menu > Staff & labour details

  3. On the Action Column Edit Button is Given, Click on that
  4. Update the details
  5. Click on the Update button, Details will be updated.

-: Stock Conversion Setting : -

  1. Click on Master Menu > Stock conversion setting
  2. stock conversion setting page will open
  3. Click On New Button
  4. Select Product Name, Enter Product Quantity
  5. Select Item Name, Enter Item Unit, Quantity
  6. Click on Save Button 
  7. Stock conversion setting will be saved
  8.  
  1. Click on Master Menu > Stock conversion setting

  3. On the Action Column Edit Button is Given, Click on that
  4. Update the details
  5. Click on the Update button, Details will be updated.

  3. from the action column click on the Delete  button.
  4. On a Confirmation pop up click on yes button, Record will be deleted.

-: Bricks Entry : -

  1. Click on Transaction Menu >  Brick Entry Record
  2. Brick Record  page will open
  3. Click on  New Button 
  4. Brick Record Entry page will open
  5. Select  Date, Staff Name, Item Name
  6. Enter New Bricks & Amount,  Transferred Bricks & Amount,  Removed Slab & Amount 
  7. Click on Save button 
  8. Brick Entry Record will be Saved.
  9.  
  1. Click on Transaction Menu >  Brick Entry Record
  2. Brick Record  page will open
  3. On the Action Column Edit Button is Given, Click on that
  4. Update the details
  5. Click on the Update button, Details will be updated.

  3. from the action column click on the Delete  button.
  4. On a Confirmation pop up click on yes button, Record will be deleted.

-: Purchase Details : -

  1. Click on Transaction Menu > Purchase Submenu
  2. Enter Quantity & Trip, Amount  will show you automatically 
  3. Enter Bhada then Total Amount will show you automatically
  4. You can add multiple row to add multiple Purchase details
  5. You can add Discount in % & Amount, Extra charges 
  6. Click on Add payment Select the payment type Cash / Credit 
  7. If you have selected cash then total amount will show you in paid amount & If you have selected Credit then total amount will show you in Due amount, Select Due Date
  8. Enter Note for customer 
  9. Click on Save button to Save the purchase record
  10. Click on Print button to Print the purchase Details
  11. Click on Vehicle Print button to Print the Vehicle Details

  2. Purchase Record page will open
  3. On the Action Column Edit Button is Given, Click on that
  4. Update the details
  5. Click on the Update button, Details will be updated.

  3. from the action column click on the Delete  button.
  4. On a Confirmation pop up click on yes button, Record will be deleted.

-: Sale Details : -

  1. Click on Transaction Menu > Sale Submenu
  2. Sale Record page will open
  3. Click on  New Button 
  4. New Sale Bill page will open
  5. Select Bill Date, Area & Name 
  6. If the name and area is not added then you can add it from Plus button
  7. Click on Plus button to add row 
  8. Select vehicle no. , Enter Driver Name, Narration  
  9. Select Item name, Unit & Rate will show you automatically  
  10. Enter & Trip,then  Bricks Quantity & Amount  will show you automatically 
  11. Enter Bhada then Total Amount will show you automatically
  12. You can add multiple row to add multiple Sale details
  13. You can add Discount in % & Amount, Extra charges 
  14. Click on Add payment Select the payment type Cash / Credit 
  15. If you have selected cash then total amount will show you in paid amount & If you have selected Credit then total amount will show you in Due amount, Select Due Date
  16. Enter Note for customer 
  17. Click on Save button to Save the Sale record
  18. Click on Print button to Print the Sale Details
  19. Click on Vehicle Print button to Print the Vehicle Slip

  3. On the Action Column Edit Button is Given, Click on that
  4. Update the details
  5. Click on the Update button, Details will be updated.

  3. from the action column click on the Delete  button.
  4. On a Confirmation pop up click on yes button, Record will be deleted.

-: Payment : -

  1. Click on Transaction Menu > Payment Submenu
  2. Pay Page will open 
  3. Click on New Pay Button
  4. New Pay Page will open
  5. Select Payment date, Payment Type,  Payment By, Name then   Mobile No. &  Ledger Balance automatically show you
  6. Enter paid amount & Description 
  7. Click on Upload button to upload receipt , Select receipt, Click on open button 
  8. Click on Save button to Save the Payment Record
  9. Click on Print button to Print the Payment Details
  10.  
  1. Click on Transaction Menu > Payment Submenu
  2. Pay Page will open
  3. On the Action Column Edit Button is Given, Click on that
  4. Update the details
  5. Click on the Update button, Details will be updated.

  4. On a Confirmation pop up click on yes button, Record will be deleted.

-: Receipt : -

  1. Click on Transaction Menu > Receipt Submenu
  2. Receive Page will open 
  3. Click on New Receive Button
  4. New Receive Page will open
  5. Select Receive date, Receive By, Name then   Mobile No. &  Ledger Balance automatically show you
  6. Enter Receive amount & Description 
  7. Click on Upload button to upload receipt , Select receipt, Click on open button 
  8. Click on Save button to Save the Receive Record
  9. Click on Print button to Print the Receive Details
  10.

  3. On the Action Column Edit Button is Given, Click on that
  4. Update the details
  5. Click on the Update button, Details will be updated.

-: GST Sale: -

  1. Click on Transaction Menu > GST Bill Submenu
  2. GST Bill Record page will open
  3. Click on  New Button 
  4. New GST Bill page will open
  5. Select Bill Date, Area & Name 
  6. If the name and area is not added then you can add it from Plus button
  7. Click on Plus button to add row 
  8. Select vehicle no. , Enter Driver Name, Narration

  17. Click on Save button to Save the GST Bill record
  18. Click on Print button to Print the GST Bill Details
  19. Click on Vehicle Print button to Print the Vehicle Details

  1. Click on Transaction Menu > Attendance Submenu
  2. Attendance page will open
  3. Click on New Attendance Button 
  4. Select  Month, Year & Type 
  5. Click on Search Button 
  6. Staff/Labour Attendance row will show you
  7. Enter P to mark them Present, A to mark them absent or H to mark them for half day absent then Enter Remarks 
  8. Click on Save Button to Save the Attendance Details
  9.  
  1. Click on Transaction Menu > Attendance Submenu
  2. Attendance page will open
  3. On the Action Column Edit Button is Given, Click on that
  4. Update the details
  5. Click on the Update button, Details will be updated.

  3. from the action column click on the Delete  button.

  1. Click on Report Menu > Stock Submenu
  2. Stock Record page will open 
  3. You can check stock of Items and materials here
  4. You can search the stock according Item name
  5. You can print the stock details from Print Button.

-: Work Analysis: -

  1. Click on Report Menu > Work Analysis Submenu
  2. Work Analysis Page will open 
  3. Select  From date, To date, labour Name 
  4. Click on search button, Report will be generated 
  5. Click on Print Button to Print the Report
  6.  

-: Due Collection Reports : -

  1. Click on Report Menu > Due Collection Reports Submenu
  2. Due Collection Reports Page will open 
  3. Select Sale or GST
  4. Select  Due on date, Area,  Name 
  5. Click on show button, Report will be generated 
  6. Click on Print Button to Print the Report
  7.  

-: Ledger : -

  1. Click on Report Menu > Ledger Submenu
  2. Ledger page will open
  3. Search the details according to From Date, To Date, Name
  4. Click on Search Button 
  5. Click on Print button to Print the Ledger
  6.  

-: Daybook : -

  1. Click on Report Menu >  Daybook Submenu
    1. Daybook page will open
    2. Search the details according to From Date, To Date, Name
    3. Click on Search Button 
    Click on Print button to Print the Daybook

-: Profit and Loss Report: -

  1. Click on Report Menu > Profit and loss report Submenu
  2. Profit and loss report Page will open 
  3. Select  As on Date
  4. Click on show button, Report will be generated 
  5. Click on Print Button to Print the Report

  1. Click on Report Menu > Credit Report Submenu
  2. Credit Report report Page will open 
  3. Select   From Date & To Date
  4. Click on show button, Report will be generated

  2. Area Wise Report Page will open 
  3. Select   From Date, To Date, Area, Vehicle no.
  4. Click on Search button, Report will be generated 
  5. Click on Print Button to Print the Report

-: Party wise Sale Report: -

  1. Click on Report Menu > Party Wise Sale Report Submenu
  2. Party Wise Sale Report Page will open 
  3. Select   From Date, To Date, Party Name
  4. Click on Search button, Report will be generated 
  5. Click on Print Button to Print the Report

-: Day wise Report: -

  1. Click on Report Menu > Day Wise Report Submenu
  2. Day Wise Report Page will open 
  3. Select   From Date, To Date
  4. Click on Search button, Report will be generated

  1. Click on Report Menu > Staff Payment Report Submenu
  2. Staff Payment Report Page will open 
  3. Select   From Date, To Date, Staff Name

  1. Click on Report Menu > GST Report Submenu
  2. GST Report Page will open

  3. Search According to From date, To date, Company, Username
  4. Click on Search Button

  2. Reminder page will open 
  3. Click on Add Reminder Button

  5. Enter Name, Note, Date &  Time

  4. Enter Person Name And Username And Password For User Login
  5. Select The Feature That User Can Access
  6. Click On Save Button To Save User Control Data

  8. Enter Username And Old  Password
  9. Enter New Password And Confirm Password
