How a 1-shop repair business scaled to 12 outlets

From 1 shop in Indore to 12 in MP

In 2019 we had a single 200 sq ft shop. Today we run 12 outlets across 4 cities and service 2,000+ devices a month.

Here's what changed:

1. Digital job sheets

Paper sheets used to get lost. With oRRbit's digital job-sheet, every device walks in, gets a QR token, and the customer can self-check status via WhatsApp.

2. WhatsApp marketing

We send a status update at every stage. Customers love it. Repeat business doubled.

3. Multi-branch reporting

My owner-dashboard shows live revenue from all 12 outlets. I'm in Goa right now writing this — and I can see Indore-3 just billed ₹4,200.

The numbers

  • Devices/month: 80 → 2,000+
  • Avg ticket: ₹450 → ₹680
  • Staff: 2 → 38
  • Customer NPS: 32 → 71
